Shipping policy

We try to have your order packed + out for delivery within 3-4 working days {our larger furniture items may take longer} Amber + Willow is a small business so if it runs a little over this we ask for your patience! 

We offer standard shipping at €6.00 within Ireland and FREE SHIPPING on all orders OVER €150 within Ireland (excluding furniture and heavier items) 

Please note our larger heavier items can only be delivered within Ireland and incur a delivery charge of €50.00. Larger items are delivered to your door only. 

Please note that in general all deliveries will be made between 9 - 5pm on a working day. There will need to be someone at the address to accept the delivery. Deliveries that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at the address will incur additional shipping charges.

UK deliveries - standard shipping to the UK for up to 10kg at a rate of €25. An Post give a general shipping window of 3-7 days but due to Brexit it can take longer with Customs at the border. Please get in touch if you would like to check shipping charges. *Please note custom charges are a separate cost and will be incurred on you on arrival to the UK. 

We pack our orders with recyclable materials and reuse packaging where possible.  However some of our most delicate items may be packaged with bubble wrap to ensure it reaches you safely.
