Shipping policy

We try to have your order packed + out for delivery within 3 working days {our larger furniture items may take longer} Amber + Willow is a small business so if it runs a little over this we ask for your patience! 

We offer standard shipping at €6.50 and FREE SHIPPING on all orders OVER €100 within Ireland (excluding furniture and heavier items, please contact us directly to enquire)

Please note our larger heavier items incur a delivery charge of €50.00. Larger items are delivered to your door only. 

Please note that in general all deliveries will be made between 9 - 5pm on a working day. There will need to be someone at the address to accept the delivery. Deliveries that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at the address will incur additional shipping charges.

We pack our orders with recyclable materials however some of our most delicate items may be packaged with bubble wrap to ensure it reaches you safely.
